ALL ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES ABOVE $50 RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.

Ground shipping in the United States.

Orders will be dispatched through USPS, DHL Global, UPS, or FedEx.

The majority of orders are sent within one business day.

The delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days.
You will be issued a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched.
Any banned products will be transported through ground delivery to comply with Department of Transportation restrictions.

FragranceJA.com does not ship prohibited products to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, or international destinations.

PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards as payment.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after you get your product. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any goods that has been opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on Makeup, Skincare, and Hair Care goods due to health concerns. We are not liable for the cost of returning an order.



Although shipping is free over $50 at Fragranceja.com, we will charge $7.95 to resend any purchases that are returned to us owing to a parcel being unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. A tracking number is required for all returns. We are not liable for the returned shipment until the tracking number indicates that it has been "delivered" to our facility. Please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it is received.
